Spotlight and the Case of Disney's Aladdin JR.
At Spotlight Perú, students experience English from the very first rehearsal. In our Performing Arts Program (also known as Taller Montaje)the September–December 2025 season is dedicated to Disney’s Aladdin JR., produced under official license from Music Theatre International (MTI). using authentic materials, songs, and immersive rehearsals—all in English.
During rehearsals, students not only learn to sing and act, but also to communicate naturally in English with classmates and international teachers.
What are our students learning in Disney's Aladdin JR. ?
Each week, young artists develop vocal, acting, and dance skills as they prepare for the musical.
- In singing, they work on breathing techniques, diction, and projection—strengthening both pronunciation and confidence in English.
- In dance, they enhance coordination, rhythm, and stage presence while learning choreography from numbers like “Arabian Nights”, “Friend Like Me” and “Prince Ali”.
- In acting, they explore character psychology and practice improvisation, text work, and scene analysis—all in English.
